If you no longer have your Customer Reference Number or account number you will need to call us and a member of our team will be able to open an account for you. Before calling, you will need to read our Privacy Policy, Doing Business with Fidelity Document . If you are planning to open an ISA, you will also need to read our ISA Declaration - you will need to scroll down to the 'When you are opening an ISA' section and click 'show more'.
