Why can't I sell my holdings?

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to sell your holdings:
* The investment you hold has been suspended. This means all trading in this investment is not possible, including buys and sells. If this has happened, you will have received a letter from us explaining why this has happened and the next steps

* The investment has not yet settled. When you buy into investments there is a settlement period, typically of 3-4 working days. If you are looking to place a sell shortly after you have made the investment, you will need to wait for it to settle before placing a sell

* We have been unable to verify your identity. Being an FCA regulated firm, we have an obligation to make sure we are able to verify the identity of all our customers. If we have not been able to, we will write to you confirming what documents we need from you to do this, and that until we are able to you won't be able to withdraw your holdings.

If your investments have all settled, and you have not received any letters from us about fund suspension or identity verification, please contact us so we can look into your request.
