How do I open a company account?

To open a company account, we need the appropriate application form signed by two authorised signatories, along with an entity self-certification form and an authorised signatory list. The signatory list needs to be an original or a certified copy.

In addition, we need the identification of anyone who has 25% or more shareholding, as well as identification for the individuals who sign the application.

Any of the following professionals are able to certify these documents:

  • A Barrister, Solicitor or a Notary Public
  • Judge or Magistrate
  • Financial Adviser
  • Chartered Accountant
  • Police Officer
  • The Post Office
