How do I send a Secure Message?

To send us a secure message, you will need to log in to your online account or go to 'My account'. This will take you to the 'Account Summary' page. From here select 'Documents & messages' from the top of the page and then 'Send a message', and select the relevant category your message is about. You will be presented with some common queries our customers have around this topic. If these do not cover your query, then click 'Still want to send a message?'.
