What do I do if I think there has been fraud on my account?

Fidelity understands the importance of keeping your personal information secure. We use proven, industry-recognised security tools and processes to achieve this.

If you have reason to believe you have been a victim of fraud or suspect there may have been some suspicious activity on any of the accounts or investments you hold with us, then please call us on 0800 358 7712.

The line is open 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday and 9AM to 2PM Saturday. No dealing is processed out of these hours and withdrawals take up to 7 days from when the instruction is received to process.
