How do I know if a call from you is genuine?

We do make outbound calls to customers and will often need to go through security in order to access an account.

Unfortunately, there is no way you can ever be 100% confident any caller is who they say they are. If you feel uncomfortable giving information out on the call, simply ask who you are speaking to and call back on a telephone number written on the website or any written Fidelity documentation, and ask to speak to the individual who contacted you.
