Why have you not placed my deal?

There are several reasons why a transaction may not have been placed. These include:

  • Any holds or blocks that are on your account
  • Insufficient funds in your bank account
  • Insufficient units held in a fund
  • Incorrectly completed application forms (no signature, incorrect banking information or cheque)
  • Missed cut-off and dealing point
