How do I log in to my account?

If you have already created log in details, you need to click on the 'Log in' button, which is located in the top right hand corner of the homepage. Here you will be asked to enter the username and password you created.

If this is the first time you are logging into your account online, you will need to click on the 'Register for online access' button which is also in the top right hand corner of the homepage. There is a guide available to help you through the registration process. Please note, if you have a middle name(s) and we have it on our records, you need to enter it in the 'first name' box. You can check your paperwork to see how we address letters to you for confirmation.

If you have recently sent us an application form for the first time, and are not yet set up online, you will need to wait for your welcome pack which will contain your Customer Reference Number. We send this out by post the day after we receive your application.
