Why can't I log in with my Customer Reference Number and PIN?

We've changed our login system to a username and password combination, to make your account as secure as possible. 

If you haven't already set up your username and password, you'll need to do so by registering your information and creating your login credentials.

Please note that we'll ask you to download a security key to your device, so that we know it's you logging in each time you visit the site (only accept if it is your own device and not a shared device). If you decline this, we'll need to send you a One Time Code each time you log in.
