How do I update my address or contact details?

If you want to update your address or contact details, you will need to log in to your online account or go to 'My account'. This will take you to the 'Account Summary' page. From here select 'Profiles' from the top of the page and 'Personal information'.

Alternatively, you can complete the change of address application form, which can be found alongside our other general task forms here.

If you are trying to log in and your email address or mobile number is out of date, you will need to contact us. Please make sure you have your 10 digit Customer Reference number with you when you call.
