Where do I find my Customer Reference Number (CRN)? 

To find your Customer Reference Number, you'll first need to log in. Once you've logged in you'll see 'All accounts' at the top of the page. Directly underneath is an option to 'Show your Customer Reference Number'.

If you can't log in, you can also find the Customer Reference Number on the top right hand side of your regular statements under the heading 'You'll need this number if you call'. If you don't have any statements, you'll need to 'Contact Us'.

If you have recently sent us an application from for the first time, and are not yet set up online, you will need to wait for your welcome pack which will contain your Customer Reference Number. We send this out by post the day after we receive your application.

Please note: if you are trying to view your Workplace Pension administered through Fidelity, you do not need a Customer Reference Number and need to log into our PlanViewer site here.
