Why can't I register for online access?

If you are having issues registering for online access, it may be because one or more of the details you are entering does not match our records. Please note, if you have a middle name(s) and we have it on our records, you need to enter it in the 'first name' box. You can check your paperwork to see how we address letters to you for confirmation.

If you have recently sent us an application form for the first time, and are not yet set up online, you will need to wait for your welcome pack which will contain your Customer Reference Number. We send this out by post the day after we receive your application.
