How do I know if I should get a rebate?

There are two situations in which you may receive a rebate:

• There is a negotiated fund manager discount, which needs to be added back to the investment
• The fund has trail commission which needs to be rebated back to the fund

These rebates are reinvested into the originating fund, or into cash if it is below £1, or the investment it came from no longer has any holdings (following a sell or switch). Rebates are paid quarterly.

If your investment has a negotiated fund manager discount this will be outlined in the key statistics on the fund factsheet. The factsheet would also outline if there is any commission be collected on a fund.

You can view the fund factsheet online by logging in and selecting the fund in question in the 'Account summary'.
