Where can I check the progress of my transfer?

To check the progress of your transfer, you will need to log in to your online account or go back to your account summary. From here select 'Manage investments' from the top of the page and then 'Track your transfer’.

This page will show you the status of your transfer and whether any action is required by you or your other plan manager. It will also indicate the month the transfer is expected to complete. Please note that ISA and investment account transfers can take up to 6 weeks and pensions can take up to 10 weeks to complete.
