What can sometimes delay a transfer or re-registration?

There are numerous causes for delays in a transfer. In the main, delays can occur due to a mismatch of information on the provider's system.

To track your transfer's progress, you will need to log in to your online account or go back to your account summary. From here select 'Manage investments' from the top of the page and then 'Track your transfer'. This page will show you the status of your transfer and if any action is required by you or your other plan manager. It will also indicate the estimated number of days remaining for the transfer to be completed.
