Can I place any deals while a transfer is being processed?

Yes you can.

If you're already a customer and have an account set up, you'll be able to place deals as normal. If the transfer is your first transaction placed with Fidelity, you'll need to wait for that to complete before placing further deals.

To track the progress of your transfer, you'll need to log in to your online account or go back to your account summary. From here select 'Manage investments' from the top of the page and then 'Track your transfer'.

This page will show you the status of your transfer and if any action is required by you or your other plan manager. It will also indicate the month the transfer is expected to complete.
