Why is my instruction going to be processed manually?

A lot of companies have registered for electronic transfers, but some still operate manually. Additionally, an error in the electronic process could mean that the transfer needs to be processed manually.

You can check the status of your transfer at any time online by logging in and selecting 'Manage Investments' followed by 'Track Your Transfer'.
