What investments can I transfer into Fidelity?

You can use the Investment Finder to see whether the investment you hold with someone else is available to invest with us. If it is, we'll be able to move your investment across as it is.

If your investment isn't available and is held in an ISA, it'll be sold and transferred across from the other provider as cash.

If your investment isn't available and is held in an Investment Account, we won't be able to transfer it over. You'll have to sell any investments in this account and invest it as you normally would a new investment. We can now bring over cash that is already held in an Investment Account.

Please note that selling investments can trigger a capital gains tax liability. Please speak with a tax adviser before selling any investments.
